DESCRIPTION: Pat is in the U.K., I assume from the email address. This is an interesting approach to watercolour. It reminds me of silk painting the way the background glazes bleed. The cool wash over the warm underpainting is almost irridescent. If the stems were extended a bit and faded into the backgound rather than end abruptly, it would stop the floating effect.
