DESCRIPTION: This lady is in Slovenia. She commented on the statement "we were all beginners once" but if she considers herself a beginner, this is a remarkably good start. The colours are bright, there are whites as well as a full range of values all the way to the well placed darks. My only suggestion other than adding a few more darks against the petals to get a stronger focal point, is to keep doing exactly what you are doing and continue to practice. You will see a steady improvement. You may get ideas from some of the other paintings in the show. Thanks for joining us.
